• Some projects may allow online or offline reservations subject to payment of a deposit.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation that does not meet policy or legal requirements.

All reservations and payments made via this Site are governed by the terms of the relevant Sales & Purchase Agreement.
